Our Mission

Unlocking the Molecular Code of the Human Brain
Founded in 2020, Brain QUANT pioneers cutting-edge genomics to decode how the human brain works—and what goes wrong in disease.
We dive deep into the brain’s architecture, profiling the epigenome, transcriptome, and proteome at both cellular and spatial levels. By mapping the full landscape of brain cell types and their molecular signatures, we build a comprehensive cell atlas and uncover the precise disruptions—by region, circuit, and cell type—that underlie brain disorders.
From discovery to therapy, we test these molecular signals in cell and animal models to drive the development of next-generation treatments.
Our findings don’t stop in the lab: we translate them into clinical imaging tools like PET and MRS, visualizing molecules in the living human brain. We assess structure and connectivity in real time using advanced MRI, making it possible to link molecular pathology with functional brain changes.
With this powerful pipeline, Brain QUANT is paving the way for precision medicine in psychiatry and neurology—bringing targeted treatments and biomarkers into reach.
